Meet Lamarr Smith,
Lamarr’s professional fitness journey has unfolded over nearly two decades, as varied and vibrant as the places he's made his home. From The Bronx, NY to Southern California, and Seattle, each locale has enriched his understanding of fitness culture's adaptability.
Throughout this journey, Lamarr has identified a common thread that links every community: the intrinsic need to move and to breathe. This insight forms the bedrock of his approach and informs the wellness programs he spearheads. Through the integration of elements from traditional Strength Conditioning, Capoeira (Afro-Brazilian Martial Art), Qi Gong, and Breathwork practices he creates a universally applicable holistic wellness strategy.
Continually adapting to the shifting landscape of fitness and well-being, Lamarr is reminded that regardless of age or lifestyle, our bodies and minds consistently seek core elements of health.
